This year’s San Mateo County Fair Fine Arts Department has given
Coastside resident Randie Marlow four First Place and two Third Place
awards for photography.
Marlow swept the PHOTOGRAPHY awards sponsored by the San Mateo County Convention
& Visitors’ Bureau in all three categories, taking a blue ribbon
for Coastside, Bay Area andBayside.
First - Coastside: "Boarding with Birds"
First - Peninsula: "Sunset on the Reservoir"
First - Bay Area: "Bicyclist"
Her photos may appear in future publications and media put out by the
San Mateo County Convention & Visitors’ Bureau.
She also took Best of Show in the division of black
and white photography - a new category
for her.
Best Of Show - B&W: "Time Will Tell"
Third - Fantasy: "Mardi Gras Parade"
Third - Fair Theme: "Butterscotch Sea"
