Marlow recognized by county fair (HMB Review)

- This year’s San Mateo County Fair Fine Arts Department has given
Coastside resident Randie Marlow four First Place and two Third Place
awards for photography.
Marlow swept the awards sponsored by the San Mateo County Convention
and Visitors’ Bureau in all three categories, taking a blue ribbon
for Coastside, Bay Area and Bayside shots.
Coastside: Boarding with Birds
Peninsula: Sunset on the Reservoir
Bay Area: Bicyclist
These were areas in which she had won awards previously, but had
never nabbed so many as this year.
She also took Best of Show in the division of black
and white photography; Time Will Tell — a new category
for her.
Categories of Fantasy; Mardi Gras Parade and
Fair themes; Butterscotch Sea.
Her photos may appear in future publications and media put out by the
Visitors’ Bureau.
